QBIT strives to have customers who are delighted with their purchases from www.qbit.care. If for any reason you feel the need to return an item that you have purchased, you may do so within 14 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges.
The items must be returned, unused, if used they must be in good condition, in their original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
If the payment is done online we will reverse your payment within 14 business working days. In case of other modes of payment such as COD, we will issue a cheque in the name of the customer or transfer it to the bank account provided by you.
The 14-day money-back guarantee is applicable only to new customers who are buying our products or transacting for the 1st time on our website.
Our standard return policies do not apply to all items. Below are the items that cannot be returned or refunded:

- QBIT Memberships
- If you are already an existing customer of QBIT Care and if it is any purchase beyond the first one.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
We try our best not to deliver the wrong items, in the off chance that does happen we will try to resolve it at the earliest possible.
To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of delivery of the product.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged or faulty item, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you notice that your item is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue.
We will replace or refund the product within 14 days of receiving it, once the fault has been confirmed.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED
We understand the excitement in receiving a package and would hate for you to keep waiting on a package from QBIT and not receiving it.
In such a situation, to receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your order within 21 days of receiving an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURN PROCESS SIMPLIFIED

Drop us an email or a WhatsApp message with your order number, the product you are returning and the reason for return. We will then provide you with a unique returns authorization number and will confirm the address you need to return the product to.
Please package the product securely and include with the package your order number, name and address.
Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when you send the product back to us. Without the proof of postage we will not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit
If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund back to the original credit/debit card account used to purchase the item.
Any item you have accepted and then return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
WHAT WE’LL DO NEXT
All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department.
If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item (including the cost of delivery).
Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of receipt.
We will refund the original credit/debit card account used to purchase the item.
COMPLAINTS
If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have handled the return, replacement or repair of any item, we apologise. In order for us to improve the process please take a few minutes out and leave us feedback over email at Refund@qbit.care
Shipping Policy
We will usually ship the product within 6 working days of receiving the order request. Transit times are determined by shipping method. However, shipping may be varied during acts of nature, festivals or unforeseen circumstances that may impede the logistical planning. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us and expedite shipping shall be organized if possible. We will try our best that your QBIT product reaches you on time.
GET FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PREPAID ORDERS
All orders will be shipped through ground couriers unless otherwise specified. Estimated shipping charges are available when you check out. Orders equal to and under INR 799, shall carry a nominal shipping fee based on location if you make a purchase through COD.
Cancellation Policy
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team at Refund@qbit.care
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
The Company will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on the purchase of the product unless:
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect products been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.
Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us on Refund@qbit.care
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, QBIT will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.
Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.
